Girls University
- We're back for another exciting summer of Girls University summer camp.
- Girls University is a one-of-a-kind summer camp that empowers girls and increases self-esteem. This year, girls will learn about careers in construction and engineering in Gear Girls; plan to achieve their dreams in Magic Within; discover their inner artist in Art Expedition; build sisterhood in Allies in Action; and develop leadership skills in Discovery Leadership. Plus cool field trips, family nights, electivites, arts & crafts and more. Don't miss it!

August 4-8: Orientation Camp at the SAISD Young Women's Leadership Academy
- We're excited to add Girls Inc. flair to the inaugural opening of the SAISD Young Women's Leadership Academy.
- The Academy is the third, all-girls, public school in Texas. Click here to learn more about the YWLA!
August 12-14: Geek Squad Academy
- Girls Inc. is excited to partner with the Geek Squad from Best Buy to bring Geek Squad Academy to San Antonio! Girls Inc. is only one of ten sites across the nation to partner with the Geek Squad to introduce girls to a future in technology. Students from the SAISD Young Women's Leadership Academy will participate in classes run by Geek Squad Agents to learn the art of computer networking, web design and more.
August 18: 2008 Strong.Smart.Bold. Luncheon
- Join us for our fourth annual Luncheon as we honor Angela Dominguez, Principal of the SAISD Young Women's Leadership Academy. Take part in this historic moment for our city and hear her plans to inspire girls to be strong, smart and b old.
- 12pm to 1pm at the San Antonio Country Club. Corporate sponsorships and individual seats available.

September 20: CREW Careers for girls ages 14 to 18
- Girls Inc. is excited to parter with CREW San Antonio to host the second CREW Careers day at UTSA from 830am to 4pm on Saturday, September 20.
- Participants will learn about careers in commercial real estate from women in the industry, take an exclusive tour of the newest UTSA 1604 Campus construction, win cool prizes and much more!
